
DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is required to begin an order. A
signed order confirmation is necessary so we can
be sure that the sizes, quantities, species, and
grades are accurate. Deposits are
non-refundable. A signed order confirmation
constitutes acceptance of the terms and
conditions of the sale and of the order as
written.
LEAD TIME: Lead times begin with
receipt of your deposit and a signed order
confirmation. Type of product ordered determines
lead time necessary to process an order, from
immediate shipment, to 3 – 4 weeks. We will make
every effort to work with you on getting your
order to you in a timely fashion.
FINAL PAYMENT: Final payment which
will include shipping charges and sales tax (if
applicable), is due upon completion of your
order and before your flooring is shipped.
At the time your order is placed we can give you
a shipping estimate.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash,
checks and certified bank checks, and visa and
master card.
SHIPPING: Orders can either be
picked up at our facility in Shady Dale, GA. or
will be shipped by common carrier. Our
discounted shipping rates are passed on to our
customers. Shipping cost vary depending on
destination (business, residence, or terminal
pick-up).
