Our southern yellow pine planks are carefully selected for our hand scraped floors. To give the floors an Old World appearance, the edges and the ends are hand beveled achieving a soft worn look.

**Unfinished will be pre-sanded and ready to stain and finish. No further sanding is necessary.

*Semi pre-finished with two coats of Dura Seal TM Penetrating Oil Stain/Finish applied by hand. It is a semi-transparent oil formulated to seal, color and provide exceptional durability. This rich blend of oil and resin gives wood floors a soft satiny sheen. For more information go to www.duraseal.com. After installation, we recommend an additional coat of finish be applied. This can be another coat of Dura Seal, polyurethane (www.duraseal.com) or wax (www.briwax.com).
